TDGDCData drives possibilitiesThe rules for using www.tdgdc.com, making bookings and enquiries, and using the Home Compliance Center. Effective September 17, 2026.
These terms are an agreement between you and TDGDC (“TDGDC”, “we”, “us”). They apply when you use www.tdgdc.com, make a booking or enquiry through it, or sign in to the Home Compliance Center. By doing any of those things you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.
If you use the services on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for it. You must be at least 16 years old to create a Home Compliance Center account.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and forms part of these terms.
These terms cover:
You sign in to the Home Compliance Center with a Google account. You are responsible for keeping that Google account secure, and for everything that happens in your Home Compliance Center account. Tell us straight away at enquiries@tdgdc.com if you think someone has used it without your permission.
Your use of Google sign-in is also subject to Google's own terms. We do not control Google's services and are not responsible for them being unavailable.
“Your content” means the records you enter and the documents you upload. You keep ownership of your content. We do not claim any rights to it beyond what we need to run the service.
You give TDGDC a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, process, transmit and display your content, solely to provide the Home Compliance Center to you. That includes sending a document to our document-reading provider when you upload it to be read, and using our other service providers as described in the Privacy Policy. The licence ends when your content is deleted, apart from copies in backups that expire on their normal schedule.
You confirm that:
You are responsible for keeping your own copies of important original documents. The Home Compliance Center is a place to organise them, not a replacement for the originals.
The Home Compliance Center can read an uploaded document and suggest details such as the provider, reference number, dates and amount. These suggestions are produced automatically and can be wrong — a date can be misread, a number can be incomplete, or a document can be matched to the wrong property, vehicle or person. You must check every detail against the original document before you confirm it, and you are responsible for the details you save.
The Home Compliance Center is an organiser. It is not legal, insurance, tax or financial advice. Statuses, recommended records, checklists and compliance scores are general indicators based on what you have entered. They do not tell you what the law, your insurer, your lender or any authority requires of you. Ask a qualified professional when you need advice about your own situation.
Reminders, notifications and due dates are provided to help you, but they are not guaranteed. They depend on the dates you enter being correct, and on the service being available. You remain responsible for meeting your own renewals, deadlines and obligations.
When you use our services, you agree not to:
We work to keep the services available and reliable, but we do not promise they will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. We may need to take them offline for maintenance, and we may add, change or remove features. The Home Compliance Center is in its launch period and will keep changing. If we plan to remove a significant feature or close a service, we will give reasonable notice where we can, and give you the chance to export your records first.
The Home Compliance Center is free during its launch period. Every account gets the full feature set, and we do not ask for any payment details.
The plans shown on the pricing page describe what we intend to charge in future. Before any paid plan starts, we will announce it in advance, tell you what changes for your account, and you will choose whether to subscribe. You will never be charged without agreeing to it first.
Our other services, such as contracting work, workspace rental and courses, are priced in the quote, invoice or agreement we give you.
The website, the Home Compliance Center software, their design, text and graphics, and the TDGDC name and logo belong to TDGDC or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the services as these terms allow. No other rights are granted.
If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.
The services rely on third-party providers, including Google for sign-in, Supabase for authentication, database and storage, Vercel for hosting and OpenAI for document reading, as described in the Privacy Policy. The website may also link to other sites, such as maps. We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites and services we do not control.
You can stop using the services at any time. To close your Home Compliance Center account and delete all of its data, email enquiries@tdgdc.com from the address you sign in with. We complete deletion within 30 days, as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, if the law requires it, or if your use puts other users, the services or TDGDC at risk. Where it is reasonable and lawful, we will tell you first and give you the chance to export your records.
Sections of these terms that by their nature should continue after your account ends will continue, including those on your content, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity and governing law.
To the fullest extent the law allows, the services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the services, AI-read details, statuses or reminders will be accurate, complete, timely or uninterrupted.
Some places do not allow certain warranties to be excluded. If you are a consumer, you keep any rights the law gives you that cannot be excluded by agreement, and nothing in these terms takes them away.
To the fullest extent the law allows:
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
To the extent the law allows, you agree to indemnify TDGDC against claims, losses and reasonable costs, including legal fees, that arise from your content, your breach of these terms, or your violation of the law or anyone else's rights.
These terms are governed by the laws of the place where TDGDC is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be heard by the courts of that place. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of any mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in your local courts where the law allows. Before starting any formal dispute, please contact us so we can try to resolve it.
We may update these terms as the services develop. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If we make a material change, we will tell signed-in users in the Home Compliance Center or by email before it takes effect. If you keep using the services after the change takes effect, you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree, you can stop using the services and ask us to delete your account.
These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any separate agreement for a paid service, are the whole agreement between you and TDGDC about the services. If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we have not given it up. You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our agreement; we may transfer ours as part of a reorganisation, merger or sale, in which case your rights continue.
Questions about these terms can be sent to enquiries@tdgdc.com. Our office addresses are listed on the contact page.
